"GoodGDragon," "we," "us," or "our" means the operator of goodgdragon.com. These Rules supplement, and do not replace, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and AML/KYC Policy.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

GoodGDragon is intended for users located where the applicable services are permitted. Availability may depend on your location, and participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for complying with the laws and requirements applicable to you.

You must register and participate using accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and not allow another person to operate your account.

GoodGDragon may require identity, age, or location verification before permitting access to certain features or processing a redemption request.

2. How Sweeps Coins Work

1. Sweeps Coins (SC) are the credits used on GoodGDragon. SC packs can be purchased on the Deposit page, subject to current eligibility rules.
2. GoodGDragon tracks Purchased SC, Bonus SC, and Redeemable SC balances.
3. SC may be withdrawn only when you meet the current eligibility, verification, and balance requirements, and only from your Redeemable SC balance.
4. Other SC balances, including bonus or promotional balances, do not automatically qualify for withdrawal.

3. Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to participate in or win a sweepstakes promotion, and making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

GoodGDragon offers two (2) free Sweepstakes Coins (SC) to eligible players when they sign up, allowing them to participate in applicable gameplay without making a purchase.

These free coins are subject to the applicable eligibility requirements, promotional conditions, and account rules.

Additional free methods of obtaining eligible SC, including GoodGDragon's Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE), Daily Bonus, Refer & Earn, and Daily Spin Wheel features, are described in the applicable AMOE and promotional rules.

4. Promotions, Bonuses, and Rewards

GoodGDragon may offer eligible account holders promotional features, including:

2. Referral rewards
3. Daily spin-wheel promotions
4. VIP-related benefits

Availability and conditions may vary by promotion.

Individual promotions may have their own participation requirements, deadlines, eligibility standards, prize limitations, and other conditions, which are disclosed where the promotion is offered.

5. Prize Redemption

Rewards or prizes are subject to the rules associated with the applicable promotion.

Before a prize or reward is processed, GoodGDragon may request identity, age, address, payment, or other verification where reasonably necessary for verification or legal compliance.

Redemption requests are made through the Withdraw page using your Redeemable SC balance only.

The maximum amount per request or per day depends on your VIP tier:

Redemption payouts are made via Cash App, Chime, or PayPal.

After approval, payouts usually arrive within approximately 3 hours. However, processing times may vary depending on verification requirements, redemption method, and request volume. No specific processing time is guaranteed.

6. When a Redemption May Be Delayed or Declined

GoodGDragon may delay, restrict, or decline a redemption request when:

1. Required information is incomplete or cannot be verified.
2. These Rules or the Terms & Conditions have been violated.
3. Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a hold on the account pending documentation, or suspension or closure of the account, consistent with our AML/KYC Policy.

7. Account Compliance

To help maintain the integrity and security of GoodGDragon, participants must not:

1. Attempt unauthorized access.
2. Interfere with website functionality.
3. Exploit software errors.
4. Manipulate promotional systems.
5. Provide deceptive or misleading information.
6. Conduct fraudulent transactions.
7. Impersonate another individual.
8. Circumvent account restrictions.
9. Use automated or unauthorized methods to interfere with the service.

GoodGDragon may investigate suspected violations of these Rules and take appropriate account-related action, consistent with the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Applicable legal terms may require disputes relating to these Rules to be resolved through individual arbitration.

Where mandatory arbitration applies, claims are handled individually rather than as a class action, subject to the applicable legal terms in the Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes to These Rules

GoodGDragon may update these Rules to reflect changes in applicable law, its promotions, or its operational practices.

When updated, the Last Updated date above will be revised.
