This Policy explains the identity verification, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and compliance measures associated with GoodGDragon's coin purchases, wallet transactions, Sweeps Coin (SC) redemptions, and prize payments.

"GoodGDragon," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of goodgdragon.com.

GoodGDragon maintains account verification and fraud-prevention measures intended to help detect and prevent unauthorized transactions, account misuse, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other potentially unlawful activity.

Not every account requires every form of documentation.

If requested information is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified, GoodGDragon may restrict the relevant account activity, request additional documentation, or decline a transaction.

3. Coin Purchases, Wallet Transactions, and Redemption Review

GoodGDragon provides coin purchasing and wallet-crediting services for eligible account holders.

Customers may purchase available SC packages through the Deposit feature. Coins are credited to their GoodGDragon wallet, and users can transfer eligible playable balances into supported gaming platforms using Recharge.

GoodGDragon also offers promotional opportunities through which eligible users may receive free SC without making a purchase.

The GoodGDragon wallet distinguishes between:

1. Purchased SC: Playable coins credited following eligible deposits or purchases.
2. Bonus SC: Promotional coins credited through eligible rewards or offers.
3. Redeemable SC: Eligible balances available for withdrawal, subject to account verification and applicable redemption requirements.

Purchased SC and Bonus SC are not automatically withdrawable. Only eligible Redeemable SC balances may qualify for withdrawal.

Coin package prices, promotional allocations, and redemption eligibility are governed by the applicable transaction and account conditions. A coin package purchase does not automatically establish a fixed cash or prize-redemption value for every SC balance.

GoodGDragon may review transactions or redemption requests that:

1. Differ significantly from an account's usual purchase, deposit, or gameplay activity
2. Approach applicable account or VIP-tier withdrawal limits
3. Involve repeated transactions requiring additional verification
4. Match suspicious activity patterns described in Section 4

Where additional review is necessary, GoodGDragon may request identity documentation, payment verification, or source-of-funds information before processing a transaction or redemption.

4. Red Flags, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions Review

GoodGDragon may evaluate account and transaction information to identify suspicious or potentially unauthorized activity.

Activities that may warrant additional review include:

1. Redemption requests inconsistent with an account's deposit or gameplay history
2. Multiple accounts sharing payment methods, devices, or identification information
3. Withdrawal destinations that do not match the verified account holder
4. Repeated redemption requests structured around applicable account limits
5. Unusual gameplay activity immediately before redemption
6. Unauthorized payment transactions or suspected identity misuse
7. Attempts to bypass geographic or account restrictions

Where applicable, sanctions-related concerns may also require review, including restrictions associated with the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Accounts or transactions presenting unresolved verification, sanctions, or fraud concerns may be restricted or held for further review in accordance with applicable law and the Terms & Conditions.

5. Account Restrictions and Transaction Actions

Where account activity or a redemption request raises concerns under this Policy, GoodGDragon may:

1. Request additional verification documents
2. Delay or decline a transaction or redemption request
3. Temporarily restrict account access
4. Place an account on hold pending further review
5. Suspend or close an account where justified under applicable rules

These actions are subject to the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

GoodGDragon is not liable for good-faith delays or declines made under this Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Compliance Responsibilities and Review

Compliance-related matters may be reviewed or escalated to appropriate authorized personnel, management, or relevant third-party service providers.

Depending on the circumstances, reviews may involve identity-verification information, transaction records, payment details, account activity, or supporting documentation.

Personnel handling sensitive verification, payment, or compliance information are expected to follow applicable confidentiality, access-control, and legal requirements.

Where additional compliance review or reporting is required, GoodGDragon may coordinate with relevant service providers or authorities in accordance with applicable law.
